About The Author
LaShawne Bryant was born in Washington, DC and raised in Hampton Roads, VA. A graduate of Hampton University’s School of Business, LaShawne is an entrepreneur at heart. Her first business was a printing and publishing company she started at the tender age of 11. Since that time LaShawne has started a production and promotion company, a travel service and most recently Dream’s Work 2020, a business consulting and grant writing service.
LaShawne has always had the dream of uniting and uplifting people. She believes that most people are one inspiring word away from achieving their hearts’ dream. LaShawne created Dream’s Work 2020 as a platform to display local talents. Dream’s Work 2020 offers people in the community who are living and working their dreams the opportunity to be heard, seen and appreciated. Often referred to as “Dream Workers” these artists, writers and business owners are supported and recognized at Dream’s Work 2020 sponsored events.
